About
Chris Dury
I am a technology advisor, strategist, and builder with a background spanning CIO/CTO leadership, enterprise architecture, transformation, and product strategy. My work sits at the intersection of technology, organisational change, and decision-making.
I help organisations navigate complexity, especially when the environment is uncertain and the path forward is contested. That includes shaping strategy, guiding transformation, improving governance, and designing practical ways to turn intent into coordinated action. I have worked as an executive leader, advisor, and entrepreneur, and those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for both the technical and human realities of change.
Much of my current thinking is focused on how AI can improve judgment, not just output. I am interested in tools and systems that help leaders think more clearly, surface assumptions, coordinate better, and adapt as conditions change. For me, technology is not only a means of executing strategy. It is also part of how we define better ends.
Through this site, I write about strategy, technology, organisations, and work: the patterns I see, the tensions that matter, and the practices that help people do more thoughtful and meaningful work.
